Into the West
We had been given our orders (by TT) to go shopping at the Black Isle Brewery which we did this morning. It is located on a farm, with some lovely old buildings. We made our purchases and headed home for lunch.
In the afternoon we headed north up the A9, stopping off at the Tain Pottery – where a few more purchases were made. We then headed into Tain itself. Tain was closed – half day closing I presume! We had a brief wander round, found a play area that kept BB entertained for 10 minutes and then headed to the supermarket for some supplies before heading home.
My mum and I then went for a walk before it got dark. This is a view to the west looking towards Inverness. The red lights are on the Kessock bridge - view large for a better view.
