I'm thinking it must be surely time for a revival of the good old colour-pop effect.

Ok. 'Fessing up, this wasn't the image I was out to catch tonight. The sky had cleared nicely and there was a nice bright pass of the International Space Station due. But, just as it lit up in the east it merged into a big cloud that tracked with it across most of the frame I was shooting. So, it's light trails of the traffic crossing the Clackmannanshire Bridge instead. All colour-popped and everything. Retro stylee.

Might even mix in a bit of STFHDR* tomorrow.

Would've maybe have hung around and caught the next pass but there was a biting wind nipping at my ears and, more worryingly in the pitch black, a couple of shotguns firing off just to the right of the here, trying to bag some geese that, up until then, were settled down to roost for the night.
