Stretchy time.

Jake always has a good stretch in the morning. He takes up this position then flops his bum down with a thud.

I had my flu vaccination today. It didn't hurt but I felt really sick after. Luckily my boss allowed me to take some annual leave.

I still feel grotty but I'm ok.

Good thing that happened today -

My boss took pity on me.
