Echo and Rust

I've walked on the Fulford dock countless times and thought I'd seen everything that interests me, but the other day when I was down there without my camera, I saw this bit of graffiti with some lovely rust highlights. I decided to blip it today. I have no idea how the person got down on the cement foundation to paint this because it's all fenced off - but I suppose someone could climb over the fence. Rather nice lettering, I thought, and I'm assuming that it does say "Echo". No idea what the other word is or what WAKA is!
I've never heard of Echo and the Bunnymen but I discovered this song called Rust by the group. Seemed to fit with this blip. :-D
Going to the city tomorrow for an appointment, so I'm hoping for a city street scene.
