early to bed

I woke at 4 this morning work brain kicked in so at 4.30 To send myself an email thinking that would help.nope I still couldn't sleep!

Then I got to thinking in days before emails I would have been hunting for paper and pen then by the time I found them I would have forgot what needed to write down!

Anyway long day at work, home to tea made by my.mam. then an early night whilst hubby watches footie and I can catch up on sleep whilst.my daughter tells me all about seahorses!
