The View That Greeted

Expected the effects of Hurricane Gonzalo to make a grey morning of clouds and rain so what a pleasant surprise when this was the view that greeted me on my way to work this morning.

We did have the wind though today and when the engineer I was visiting on a chemical plant suggested we walk up four flights of outside stairs to get a better look at the water system..it is safe to say I hung to the handrails extra tight!
