Call It Stormy Monday But Tuesday Is Just As Bad

Exercising my inalienable right to be a wuss I stayed indoors today, seeing as we had the fag-end of Hurricane Gonzalo gallivanting around the island. Still, as our kitchen window allows you to to see the ocean up to the Butt of Ness here's a slight taste of what the seas were like. They were bad enough to cause the cancellation of the majority of ferries so you can guess it was pretty rough. Having said that, I have seen them a *lot* higher.
