The answer my blip friends....
..... is blowing in the wind! What a windy day. This is a beautiful Pennisetum Hameln grass which is in our front garden backlit by the sun. I wanted it partly in sharp focus, but the rest blowing in the wind. A few attempts, all out of focus, but eventually got this. A bit of "midnight" efex in Nik software added.
Thanks for all of your good luck wishes for last nights camera club competition. The answer as to how I got on ? The judge held back 10 prints out of over 50 entries, two of which were mine. He then awarded 18/20 to a couple of them, a couple of 19/20's and I was holding my breath as both of mine were still in there. Then at the last minute he gave This one 19/20, and my Lost Soles 20/20. Woopee! Great judge. (Others may not agree of course)
Next Monday it is our annual AV competition. I have not entered this before since I joined the club last year in December and missed it.
