Autumn in Menai Bridge #Anglesey
Went to Bangor mid-morning and had planned to have a wander around the shops but it started raining and I headed back for Anglesey. Temperature has dropped to 11 degrees C (52 degrees F), the wind is wild and gusty (remnants of hurricane Gonzalo) - there are mountains of dead leaves everywhere, they have just dropped overnight.
Parked at The Anglesey Arms and walked down the lane to the banks of the Straits. A group of kayakers were having fun paddling through the arches of the suspension bridge - realatively calm down on the water, it's sheltered from this wind.
Thank you everyone for visiting and for your kind comments. I have been lacking in energy for the last few days but hope to catch up with you all :-) x
