A very surreal day today.

It all started last night at 1am when I woke feeling very sick, moments later I sprinted to the bathroom and stayed there for a while.
Back to bed and have slept for hours at a time today. Woke up in the dark and wasn't sure what day it was, if it was night or early morning.
Have gingerly eaten a piece of toast, we will see if it stays in!
