The Calm Before the Storm

It's been a miserable day today! Started off with a freezing temperature of 5 degrees! It was considerably calm when I took this photo overlooking Loch Meikle. As they say it's the calm before the storm! Then an hour later it was blowing a hurricane!! We went down to the stables and I rushed with to get my ponies into their stables as they were getting drenched. When I got home I got changed into warm clothes and sat beside the fire drinking hot chocolate with my mum!! Now I'm feeling so much warmer! Hopefully that will be the worst of the storm :)
