Caffeine

Ridiculously early Doctors appointment. OK it might be a normal time for most people but my sleep patterns are still all over the place so it feels like the middle of the night.

So stocking up on caffeine, killing time waiting for the rest of the shops to open and blipping something, anything, to try and get back in the habit.

Today should be:
Buying a cake tin
Birthday and thank you cards
More washing and tidying
All while working from home to prepare for a meeting and make up for my last day at work pre-wedding where I was getting interrupted with wedding stuff so frequently I felt I couldn't charge a full day and came home early

I think that's busy enough. Yesterday's emotional wobble is well and truly over though so I shall chill* for the next 20 min and enjoy this unexpected free time.

* hopefully not enough that I fall asleep in one of their comfy chairs, get woken up by the staff and mistaken for a tramp.

Edit:
I didn't sleep in Starbucks but my response to being unable to open a work memory stick was to sleep for the next few hours (interrupted only by a worrying phone call about my flat). Physically not able to deal with either now so shall defer all worrying tomorrow. It's not going to be fun but there's nothing I can do to change it from here.
