Baby Alessia

We had visitors this afternoon - Mum's cousins Mary and Kathleen, and Stephanie, Alanah and Conal. Stephanie has a little baby, Alessia. She is Papa's great-great-niece!

I was quite interested in Alessia, and was mostly gentle with her. I said "baby" a lot and went to fetch my baby from the toy box - I don't usually pay much attention to my baby. After some persuasion I gave Alessia a little kiss and tried to rock her to sleep in her car chair. I also said Ssshh! to everyone when I saw that she was sleeping.

It's good having visitors - they brought me a present (a dog hand-puppet) and Mum baked a cake.

Conal is my new best friend though. He spent ages playing with me. He got a special "bye" all to himself when they were all leaving.
