The beauty of the more recent past

The second and final part of my retro camera series.

This is not quite as old as yesterday's camera. In fact, on occasion I was allowed to use it, as long as I'd done my homework, dried the the dishes and cleaned out the hamster cage. It made a very satifying click when you took a picture and I did understand how to use it, unlike now with my digital, where the temptation to go automatic is always there .

What interested me more today was the dial, catering for rain, cloud or sun. Clearly it wasn't manufactured in Scotland where you can have all three instances at the same time.
