S'mores

This weekend I was in Washington DC and I visited a long-lost friend during my 24 hour stay in the city. For lunch today we went to Cosi, a chain of restaurants known for soup, salads and flatbread sandwiches. After eating a healthy lunch of soup and salad, we decided to indulge in their S'mores platter. This table-top mini grill comes with all the components of S'mores - the marshmallows, the chocolate and the graham crackers, allowing us to do our own roasting and assembling.

For those who don't know what S'mores are, they are a Girl Scout invention, a delicious and gooey dessert normally made around a campfire. The roasted molten marshmallow is sandwiched in between 2 pieces of graham cracker and chocolate, causing the chocolate to melt and creating a very delicious and gooey mess. So delicious you'll always want S'more…hence the name!
