Party girl

After a rather stressful trek across London, we arrived in harmonious Highbury for a sweet birthday party for an even sweeter two year old Islay. We were greeted so warmly by broad smiles, Pimms, cupcakes, a children's entertainer, dancing, lollipops, party food, birthday cake and surprise rhyme time with Islay's Daddy, Matt. Great to see lots of faces we recognised from Edinburgh, Jess, Ryan and Sandy and Matthieu, Olivia and Louis who have all moved south. E had her full face painted and sat very patiently until it was complete and both girls ate more sweet stuff than we really want to consider, thank goodness they compensated (marginally) with tea!
