Bands of colour

I've been away, unexpectedly, for the past few days, so haven't been keeping up with blips during that time. (I've backblipped Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's entries.)

As for today's photo, unfortunately, the bands of colour on these shrub stems and twigs aren't as easy to spot in this photo as they were in person. I was struck by the three solid bands of colour within this bank of shrubs: green in the background, yellow in the middle, and vibrant red in the foreground. I'm afraid you'll need to use your imagination to appreciate it!
