Hearthealthy Monday.  Carrot, apple and beetroot.

Nom, nom, nom - almost exactly a year to the day.

Predictable as clockwork.  Moi?

Potshards update:  the shore is a foot deep in seaweed today after a windy night.  No sign of pots or shards, or rocks for that matter.  Bigger winds forecast for tonight, which might just wash the seaweed back out to sea.  At least they didn't appear on the doorstep, yet; and there are no dogs out today.
