Love knows no impediment

Today's walk took us on the bed of Lake Vinca. The dam was built to protect Perpignan from winter flooding and to provide irrigation in summer. The lake is rarely empty but today we were able to walk through the flooded vineyards, see old watercourses and spot interesting buildings usually submerged. Someone had written 'I love you' in large boulders. It has been there for a long time. The water has swept away the name but the message remains.
