The house at Wasdale

October Word Challenge Day 20: Door

I knew which door I was going to blip today. It belongs to the house at Wasdale which sits amidst the abandoned scrapyard.

It is a secretive house. Un-lived in for many years, ornaments and long dead plants resting on the windowsills in front of closed curtains. I imagine behind the curtains it is still furnished and has many stories to tell.

Today has been a good day, a quick trip into work then some chores and dog walking whilst My Love battles on with a very frustrating job. Tonight we have Miss Emmy coming for din dins.
