Engineering feat

What a beast of a glove machine - an engineering masterpiece. This has been my life today 100km east of Colombo in sub tropical conditions. This machine started to be built 6 weeks ago and by mid November shall be commissioned and put into action. It has a capacity of 20million pairs of gloves a year and with three tiers will check mate any other competitors. It really is an animal and fully automated will be hugely successful. The amusing part of it all were the 50 or so labourers compiling it welding huge metal bars together with no gloves on at all. Got to love construction over here...

Off out for dinner at the Hilton so Bonjour but the next time you wash up or unblock the drains the likelihood you'll be wearing a pair of gloves produced on this very machine. It's name? JimBob.
