Seafood Dinner

When visiting a place like Shetland, it would be almost criminal not to sample the local seafood. Thanks to my colleague, who had been there on a work trip a few weeks earlier, and her 'Rough Guide to Lerwick', I found myself enjoying this plate of seafood pasta in front of a cosy fire at one of the local pubs.
