When Life Gives you Lemons.............

Today, as I do on many Sunday mornings I watched the English Premier League matches. There was an amazing finish between Liverpool and QPR, four goals in the last 8 minutes. After yesterday's activities playing Tennis I decided to make a Meyer lemon and pistachio tart, the only problem was my ingredients kept getting kidnapped by my wife A so she could blip them. That slowed things up a bit. Anyway having made it before I know the tart is delicious and I am looking forward to eating it over the next few days.

By the way I can not claim credit for the recipe. I thought my blip of the finished article should acknowledge that.
