Slave cabin

Visited Boone Plantation just outside Charleston. North and South was filmed here and the house was used as Patrick Swayze's in The TV Series. It is also used in the Notebook. What was more moving was the slave cabins after being at all the Martin Luther King places it was very emotional seeing the start of it all. My feelings as we toured here were much the same as when we toured Dachau. Man's inhumanity to man knows no bounds and there are places in the world where things like this are still going on.
