Band Practice

Many years ago I fell for the charms of a young Eflat bass player who I knew from playing in a couple of bands with. I'm not sure when over the last 35 years he put on weight, starting going thin on top, and grey and wearing glasses to see the music. I'm sure he feels the same about the young cornet player he fell for.... back then I would never have got him to wear a yellow shirt!

All these years later we are still playing in brass bands together although this morning I only managed 45 minutes of playing before I had to give in and sit on the sidelines with my camera. At least I have been out of the house 3 days in row and still improving slowly.
