Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Over the last week, I have kept mum busy chopping and stirring. Here are the results:-

Tomato and apple chutney - 5 jars
Apple, shallot and ginger chutney - 4 jars
Crab apple jelly - 4 jars.

One of each is for my neighbour who has been in Lanzarote and I collected all her windfalls (and a few shake offs!!!) to make all of these.

Such fun and so very rewarding.... and delicious!
