Romania Day 2

Monday, and we visited a house which had burned down. The fire started in the chimney and spread to the roof. Only the walls of one room were left standing. The family were living and sleeping outside and in a car which would have looked at home in a scrapyard.

We also cleared out some rooms in an old college building, which the charity are developing into a vocational centre to educate the Roma people.
