Last day of Summer...

Today could have been the middle of winter it was so cold! I feel we have had a lovely summer this year, plenty of sunshine and warm days! Not looking forward to the winter in our house which is near snow fields!!

Snapped today's blip when I got home from work. I wanted to take a photo of something before the sun went down and I had to resort to something in the house!

I just went outside to try and take photos of the moon (its nearly a full moon). There is a bit of cloud around so thought I could get some nice shots of the moon partially behind cloud. They didn't quite go as planned!! The moon was too bright in most of the pictures, my batteries ran out after about 5 mins, then I only got a couple more shots in before the cloud completely covered the moon!!

Have reverted back to plan A! I liked the detail of the bee's wing!
