Bissoe Valley Nature Reserve

This is an old engine house, on what was once a mining site. It is built of cut granite and nearby would have been chimney stacks and engine ponds.
It is a wonderful place for wildlife - especially butterflies and dragonflies - a few of which are still around.
Today I also saw a kestrel but it was quite far away so not a great shot of it - but wonderful to see..
