His, mine, sons . .

Time for some fat busting. Treadmills now clean and ready to go but I think his is on the blink, keeps making funny noises.
The smaller one is mine and the bike my sons.
Just need some will power now to keep getting on it.
Too easy to get in from work and crash on the sofa !!
