Life's pleasures

* Waking up without an alarm clock
* Fresh bread from the bakery for breakfast while reading the newspaper
* Shopping for Saturday sushi dinner (although I can't stand the smell inside the fish shop and surrounding area)
* Enjoying several new art exhibitions (among them are two great photography exhibitions, one of them "Athafna-konur" by Hrefna Harðardóttir and the other is "Náttúran / The Nature" by 29 members of ÁLKA)
* Going to a café with Daníel and browsing through a few magazines
* Having family dinner (where my son, upon leaving the table, said "Would you like your receipt?" when he meant to say thanks for dinner! That's what long hours working in a supermarket can do to you!)

...and a night of doing almost nothing. That's a lovely Saturday in my book.
