Faded grandeur

Today I attended a heritage steward course for volunteers to take photos and give a 'snapshot' of the condition of various interesting buildings around the area.
It was an interesting day and together with a friend who went on the same training day we wandered around the small town of Crowle afterwards and took some photos of the various buildings we found there
Down a little footpath than runs past the church I came across a house which was obviously in its time an important one on the area. Unfortunately it seems to have hit hard times and desperately needs some TLC. Still very photogenic though I thought
