INN OF THE MOUNTAIN GODS

Tell me, and be honest now, would you get up before dawn, rent a paddle boat and work up a sweat moving it out onto the middle of a lake...then wait patiently for the sun to rise to the point where you can get exactly the shot you want? Kathy and I did that this morning in an attempt to get "the perfect shot" of "The Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort". The shot NEVER happened! I would have been very disappointed if it weren't for the fact that a beautiful fog began to rise off the lake as the sun rose. What an incredible, unexpected effect.
