The peak of autumn colors!

Now if we could just get some sun to go with these spectacular colors...

Every once in a while the sun pops out for seconds, lighting up these vibrant hues. And let me tell you... It's awe inspiring!!! But as of yet, I haven't had my camera at the right place at the right few seconds to capture one of these moments. (Less rain is predicted in the coming days, so fingers crossed...) :)))

This years colors are simply amazing around here; I've just got got get an image that comes closer to portraying what I've been witnessing. But today, while the skies were overcast, I went for a walk along this river and enjoyed what I saw... sun or no sun! ;-)
