Goodness gracious me

We picked up our half lamb this evening and we were shown around the farm and met ‘the girls’ this is the baby of the family.
The owner and his wife were (are) lovely and incredibly chatty but there was an air of ‘don’t I know you?’ about the meeting. Turns out the owner, Martin, used to work with Chris’s best mates dad for 30 years on a cattle farm and Chris spent a lot of his childhood ‘helping’ there…….. Goodness gracious me how incredible! We had a lovely hour looking around their farm and chatting. This is the only pic I managed to take. We now have 10kg of lamb in our freezer.
