Unfortunately I couldn't find a proper red balloon to help celebrate Blip's 10th Birthday today.

So instead I've recycled and..erm...re-coloured an image taken at a public meeting, where the biggest political balloon of the current crop was spouting his hot air of hogwash!

(he was properly deflated at a previous attempt to woo the Scottish vote, to my immense amusement!)
