Planning and mapping

This is the first Saturday I have spent in Basel for a long time. I have enjoyed my trips to Amsterdam, Bern, Zurich, Geneva and Winterthur but I needed a rest! That didn't stop me from getting out my Swiss map, marking where I have visited and where I still want to go. I have now worked out some travel plans for my remaining weekends here this side of Christmas. Now that the weather is getting colder I'm looking forward to visiting museums, Christmas markets and taking a ride on the Glacier Express through the mountains!

It was also a day of catching up with friends over skype - and Doctor Who of course!
