Advising

Another full-on photographic day today but with no time for any photography. We were up before dawn and it would have been nice to see the sunrise. However it was covered by a thick layer of cloud.

We left home at 8 am to drive north for a PAGB advisory day for those seeking the awards for photographic merit. It was very interesting, after hearing all the requirements and seeing previous entries (successful and unsuccessful) to have different members of the awards team telling us if our prints were up to scratch. The conclusion on mine were that they were average for the level I was aiming at but, with some more work, I could be successful.

We got back at about 6 pm and all I was fit for was a fish and chip supper from the chippy and then watch some TV and then bed.
