Sometimes you just need reminding.

We set off in sunshine to see some of GENERATION: 25 Years of Contemporary Art in Scotland. A well overdue trip down to the Modern Art Gallery to look at some very inspiring works. We both left wanting to make things, which means a bit of a creative queue is forming in my brain as I went to a contemporary quilt talk a couple of weeks ago and I've an inclination to get going with some 'log cabin' patterns...
