Crab curry at Krua Apsorn

I'd read lots about the famous Krua Apsorn restaurant. In 2009 it was included in a list of 50 top restaurants in the world by The Observer. I also saw a recent episode of the Hairy Bikers where they visited and loved it. Possibly the most popular dish the "stir-fried crab in curry powder". It was fresh and delicious!
