I thought I'd seen the worst of my cold but a relapse has taken me to the verge of man flu While I felt like going back to bed for the day the blip calleth and so I made myself get out for a short walk along the Bristol Channel/River Severn. It's actually the second Severn crossing that marks the boundary between the two.

Ready for food, Lemsip, X Factor and bed. Hope I'm better for the golf competition in the morning, 8 o'clock on the first tee!
