fresh air

Fresh air in abundance today, arriving briskly out of the south west. Warm fresh air.

I got about 4 hours' worth, while hiking from St Monans to Crail and back (I took the bus from Crail to Anstruther as it was raining, or it would have been 5.5 hours).

After a cup of tea and a wee nap, now I have to find the energy to get my sweaty ar*e upstairs for a shower.

Blip first.

It's the harbour at Crail - always a lovely "welcome" when arriving from the west on the coastal path, as you're looking down on it.

I had a really good haddock & chips there for lunch, whilst waiting for the hourly bus and watching the rain.
