Mud and Guts.

Rather than ride the bike today we thought we should watch people show us how it should be done. This is a blip from the Rapha cyclocross event at Broughton Hall near Skipton. Racing starts young in cyclocross and the first race was for under8's, the courses get longer and harder as they go up through the age ranges.
Not only do they have to ride over wet, muddy and very slipy terrain but occasionally the stick in a couple of obstacles. Some people choose to get off and hurdle them while some try and bunny hop them, not always successfully.
Try it large.
