Blip10

This is my "red ballon" contribution to Blip10 , the 10th anniversary celebrations of the world wide network that is Blipfoto , which is actually ten years old this very day and which started in - and is still based in - Scotland.

As it happens I will mark my 1500th blip out of that potential 3650 at the end of next week. I joined in early November 2009, five years into the development of what has become an integral part of many lives and which encourages people across the planet to share, learn and create.

Today is also exactly a month since the Scottish Referendum , the aftermath of which has produced many unexpected outcomes and has spread Scotland's name world wide.

So all those things are marked in this little autumnal red balloon blip, mocked up amongst the almost bare birch trees on a wet and windy Argyll afternoon !
