Big jellyfish.

I was down at the beach today and I saw at least thirty or so jellyfish stranded by the previous tide. There were a few that were nearly two feet in size and this is one of them, and believe me it wasn't the ugliest. It seems to me to be unusual to see so many stranded at once and I don't know if they refloat when the next tide comes in, or do they die in between tides?
