Pep Rally. Ugh.

Walked home.

Ate a sandwich.

Went into the city with Dad for audition. I think it went well. Saw Steve from Crossfit in Penn Station.

Went to Crossfit. Horatio was the coach. Adam (not the owner, a different guy) and the woman he comes with, Danielle, we're there. I did basic training with them but had not since taken a class with them.

Fitness: 
Dynamic Upper Body:
Bench Press with red bands @50% 0f 1RM (65 pounds) for 8 sets of 3 reps. 
WOD:
“The Newport Crippler”
30 rep Back Squat @50% of 1RM (85 pounds)
1 mile Run
For time (12:09)
Once you begin the set you cannot put the bar down.

Watched Shark Tank.

Going to bed now.
