The old ones.

As I was walking around first thing the sun caught the tractors in one of our sheds and these two looked too good to miss. Both are projects in progress although both run and in fact the blue ford has been out for a run recently. Good weather today despite the forecast which was not so good last night.

Farming - Well I am pretty sure this will be the last grass silage this year, but goodness knows!

Yes they did manage to get it in before the rain arrived at about 6:00 this evening. However it was a long day and they had trouble with the buck rake which was on a tractor which was not ours. It was just not man enough to cope with the very wet grass which was heavier than normal due to the water content. Once it had been put on one of the John Deere tractors it was better going, but the JDs arrival was delayed until Rusty had finishes compost hauling. Rusty was then put on the Same which he was NOT impressed with!! All was well in the end and they arrived home just on dusk. Two out on compost hauling as usual.
