more autumn colour

Gym this morning again (it was raining .... again). Home and booked a week's holiday for next month. A walk after lunch, mainly to find some puddles to clean the soles of my shoes (they got in a disgusting state on Elterwater Common yesterday). I took this photo of the tree overhanging the beck just as I left the park.

Around the corner I met some friends out with their dogs and we talked and talked. Finally got to the lake but it was very dull and quiet so it's another autumnal blip today.
