Go With The Flow

When we were growing up this phrase used to drive me and my sister bananas. It is one of my Dad's favourites. Now though, I totally get where he is coming from. Why fight the battles you can't ever win (like swimming upstream), focus on the things you can change. As always parents are always right (in the end...).

Also if the flow is a nice glass of red wine on a Friday afternoon all the better!
