Street Ice Cream

I went to a street market on the way home to buy stuff to cook dinner. As was noted here, Tina cooked our first meal at home together and it my turn to cook tonight. You can see the pic and read the glowing review here..

Anyway... In winter, Chinese people just put the ice cream outside on the street.. It's cold enough.. so why waste freezer space. I doubt much of it gets stolen. In general, Chinese people are very honest about stuff like that. Not so honest when you try to BUY it.. they will get every last penny from you.. but.. that is how they feed their families and I respect that.
